Well, Henry Kissenger said "power is the ultimate aphrodesiac," and if we take that into account, the fact that he is despodic dictator of his own country has to count for something. Also, according to most accounts, he was supposed to be fairly attractive before the mask was nessecary, so I'd have to say that, from a objective point of veiw (which makes no sense considering the question)yes.
What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?
Well, if Flonne could manage it(and what with being an angel there's little doubt she could) she would treat the child with love and kindness, and by no means let Batman dress it up in a silly outfit and get it killed, as he's wont to do with kids.
Can you rec any fics about Nine?

(Kaji/Selphie) As Kaji will screw anything that moves, and selphie is dumb as a post, I think they'd make a fine couple, though I don't know if long-term commitment would be written in the stars.

Yeah, crossover!
Xanatos buys a Evangelion Unit from the NERV to help him fight the giant Oberon(From The "The Gathering" episodes), only to find that he does not have the sync ratio to pilot it, and Asuka is brought along for this purpose. He rides with her to give the battle orders, of course. The evangelion is damaged badly in the battle, however, and the entry plug is jettisoned. Asuka, afraid she will die a virgin(and always having had a thing for older men) throws herself at Xanatos, who, being a man to miss no opportunity, takes her up on the offer, despite having a trick up his sleeve that he knows will get them out safely and ensure victory. All goes for the best, and Asuka returns to Tokyo-3 knowing a little more about life, love, and distrust of old rich guys.

What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted Four to deflower One?
(Dr. Doom/Acheron Hades) The only way I can see that happening is if Doom gets him locked in the Latvarian dungeons, and gets the job done forcably, and even than he'd have a bugger of a time (okay, the pun was intended)what with all the supernatural mental and physical powers at Acheron's disposal.
